About the toys
What are Squishmallows?
Squishmallows are soft, round, marshmallow-textured plush toys, created by KellyToy in 2017 and now made by Jazwares. Each one is a named character in the Squad, with its own animal type and a short bio printed on the tush tag. More than 2,500 characters exist to collect, organised into squads like the Food Squad, Sealife Squad and Fantasy Squad, in sizes from 3.5 inch clip-ons up to the 24 inch jumbo.
Beyond the core Squad, Squishmallows include licensed collabs with Disney, Hello Kitty, Pokemon and Sonic the Hedgehog, seasonal lineups for Halloween, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Easter, and mini lines like Squishville and Micromallows. A few early characters, such as Jack the Black Cat and Connor the Cow, have become rare grails that resell for many times their original price.
